NBA Roundup: Montreal’s Mathurin leads Pacers to win; Heat rally to beat Celtics

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Myles Turner and Montreal’s Bennedict Mathurin every scored 26 factors and Mathurin’s quick, go-ahead basket with 29.1 seconds left helped the Indiana Pacers shut out a rally from 21 factors all the way down to beat the Chicago Bulls 116-110.

Indiana snapped a season-worst seven-game shedding streak to remain forward of Tenth-place Chicago within the Japanese Convention. The Pacers performed once more with out injured level guard Tyrese Haliburton and this time with out his alternative, Andrew Nembhard, who was sick.

T.J. McConnell had 20 factors and 10 assists for the Pacers. DeMar DeRozan scored 33 factors for Chicago.


MIAMI (AP) — Bam Adebayo had 30 factors and 15 rebounds, together with the leap shot that put Miami forward to stick with 20.4 seconds remaining, and the Warmth rallied from 14 all the way down to beat Boston.

Haywood Highsmith had 15 factors and 10 rebounds, Max Strus scored 13 factors and Victor Oladipo had 12 for the Warmth.

Tyler Herro stole a cross-court go thrown by Jayson Tatum with simply over a second remaining, denying Boston an opportunity to tie or take the lead.

Highsmith’s free throw with 0.6 seconds left put Miami up by three. Boston referred to as time, and Payton Pritchard’s straightaway 30-footer fell quick as time expired.


NEW YORK (AP) — Julius Randle had 36 factors and 13 rebounds, and his eighth 3-pointer snapped a tie with 2:07 left as New York beat Cleveland.
